I read the article, which mainly had allegations from a lawsuit. Not exactly an unbiased metric to use as evidence. No offense to lawyers (have one in the family), but I don't blindly believe everything they put in a lawsuit. The air traffic controller in question in this case was working two posts at the same time (from initial reports). Seems much more likely to be a question of understaffing to me. Personally though, I think I'll wait for the investigation to bring out actual facts rather than using the deaths to push a blatantly racist narrative.
