Yes in Gates didn't do a great coaching job last year but

personnel wise the team was somewhat messed up. I still think the pieces could have fit with better coaching and better played defense and rebounding strategy to win some games. He ended up with some bizarre rotations. But you know what? You are going to have that in this era of completely new teams every year.

But he's a got handle on this group, better talent that fits his style and philosophy IMO. Gates is obviously a talented young coach to me that to me is still learning in this bizarre era of college sports.
