driving beater cars with no insurance weaving in and out of traffic on Wornall or Holmes.

The majority of those a-holes are Canadian...it's a fact. Pull into any QT on the MO side and you will notice three things...

Canadians, weed, and loud rap.

Go to the kansas side and you won't see that.
