I just don't see those kansas plates in Missouri b/c I'm not over there hardly at all. I can't swing a dead cat without some MO MOFO swervin his hoopty through traffic b/c he doesn't know where to turn. Doesn't know if the green light is green enough to go. Stuff like that. There are terrible drivers everywhere. I just have less tolerance for them when they have Missouri Tags for some reason.
