Everyone thinks they should be perfect.

we have thousands of deaths on the highways, yet one driverless car fvcks up, and they want to shut the whole system down.

The good thing is if there is a program error, that can be fixed across everything immediately. That cannot be done with people.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
