I know that we all want to blame RP and she does bear a lot of it. But I can't help but wonder what the AD's role is, in all of this. A good program needs support. Is she getting everything she needs? Does her recruiting, travel and NIL budgets compare favorably with the top programs? Given how underachieving the program has been, and how low the expectations have been, the administration is at fault, too. That's how I see it.
