attic. Originally they put in filter "cages" at the end of each hallway in the house and one in the ceiling of the family room, each for a 1" filter. When they replaced the system, they ran all new trunk lines and returns and brought all of the returns into one slot, the 4." So I have to get out the step ladder to get up into the attic. Not a huge pain as I can reach the filter without getting off of the ladder, but still kind of a pain, nonetheless.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
