out of contention for an NCAA Tournament bid.

If MU loses to KU in football (and as we all know, anything's possible in a rivalry game)... MU's chance of getting an at-large playoff bid drops to virtually zero.

It's all risk, no reward... the kind of proposition that only a fool would be interested in.
