every year it seems. Sure, that doesn’t mean the same teams win it every year, but it does mean that if you’re in a large market you have a much better chance at being successful.

In the NFL, it takes a good front office, great coaching and a generational QB to form a dynasty. Everyone has the same opportunities to do those things it’s just who executes better. In baseball, small market teams have to do all that for a playoff run every so often. Forget a small market dynasty in baseball. That’ll never happen with the discrepancies in payrolls.
