is like entering a daily fantasy football contest of 30 people with a budget of $60k, but 10 of the 30 players get to spend $120k. The other 20 are stuck with only getting to spend $60k

Who do you think is going to win?

Sure - occasionally the person with a $60k budget will hit on all positions, but it’s not likely nor will happen often.
