I think that’s it. I found the NCAA rule book for 24-25, which covers all sports, and is hard to decipher in many places, but what you said sounds right.

So for Mizzou VB, by my count 5 of the 6 freshmen could still potentially be redshirted at this point and have 4 more years to play starting in 2025, but Morrissey, who I was most concerned about, can’t get a redshirt this year anymore.

I’d really like to see her get some more playing time, see if she can help the team. It’s not like we are on fire or anything, I’ve been not very impressed so far this season. It would be a big disappointment and step back if we don’t at least make it back to the NCAA tourney this year.
