But the university wouldn't be on the hook for it all. They can pay the players and the players are free to find NIL deals outside the scope of the university. No more collectives or whatever else is happening to collect and distribute the money. The problem with the current model is there is no regulation and the balloon is eventually going to bust for the non-Texas/aTm places eventually.
