been laws that restrict the possession of weapons to the point that Hoax's definition of "infringed" is mindlessly stupid.

There is ZERO chance the Founders intended prisoners in jail to have a weapon. There is ZERO chance the Founders intended those judged insane to have a weapon.

So what does "shall not be infringed" mean if the Founders clearly had exceptions? It means that "infringed" meant "to exceed customary and usual limits"
