I had the same issue in my home town.... got a ticket tried to pay it online they hadn't posted it. Drove down and tried to pay it in person... still not posted and it was due in 3 weeks. Called the Clerk the next week not posted... finally drove down the Last week and I could pay it. The Clerk was very helpful and understanding. But the Person doing the posting was worthless and should be fired.
