out such things as "a perversion of justice" or "shouldn't be a crime" rather than 'that's not a crime'. It may be semantics, but I think that it would eliminate a lot of unnecessary and often repetitive arguing when both sides are talking past each other to an extent.

Too many times those posts devolve into something like,

"This is not a crime: [link]

"Yes it is a crime, look at Missouri statute [283.1 § 2.b]",

"That's not what I mean and you know it."

... on and on.

That could be eliminated with wording along the lines of:

"This law is unjust..."

Or

"This interpretation/application of the law is unjust..."
