For example, it’s not unusual for a lower seeded team to win in the first round of the tournament, even though they’re not as good as the higher seeded team.

The motivations for the two teams are different. Oakland’s desire to win that particular game is much higher than UK’s, who are looking forward to the regional finals.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
