Two went on to be multiple NCAA championship winners (Calipari and Self) and two went on to be NBA head coaches (Quin and Larry Drew). Our most recent hire is an almost totally unproven candidate from Cleveland State, and previously we hired a D2 coach who was last involved with D1 as an assistant in the prior century.

Yes I would say the job definitely attracts a different pool of candidates now.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
