I'm okay with taking a chance on coaches if the hiring team has done their homework and identified traits, qualities, and evidence that the coach has the foundation, fundamentals, and some proven history of making positive changes that had a team heading in a positive direction, but may have been limited by the size of their school, resources, etc.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
