The big guys on this team can score just maybe not as well in the stupid offensive system Gates never goes away from.

Adaptability in terms of offensive and defensive strategies and how many guys you play in your rotation are 2 ways coaches can potentially better the team as well. There's been nothing from Gates in any of these areas all throughout this historically bad season.
