if the U.S. invaded a sovereign Iraq to achieve imperialistic goals, I'd say no. I'd say it was an act to help the defense of a sovereign nation.
if they provided the aforementioned to help Iraq invade a soveriegn U.S. to achieve imperialistic goals, I'd say yes
just like when a cop arrives on at a scene of violence and he uses force himself to stop the said act of violence, that is not an act of aggression in my eyes
the aggressor is the one that upset the peace in the first place
