never kill. It forms the basis for understanding when actions (i.e. stealing or killings) are infringements upon the rights of others.
If each human does not have a superior right to his own life and to his own property, then killing and stealing is not an infringement and would then be acceptable. However, since each human has a natural right to his own life and to his own property, we know that taking that life or taking his property is not acceptable and is in fact anti-human. It is as simple as that.
