A good coach doesn't go 0-18.

Gates put together a truly lousy roster this year. And, while I can already hear wu clamoring about injuries and "if guys only played to their potential" blah blah, this roster is really bad.

Gates gets credit for last year's roster and bringing his guys with him.

This year he gets as much blame as he got credit last year.
