for his successor and he knew it which is why he quit on the team and left while someone else would still hire him.
Gates has 5 years as a HC and 5 years of transfer players dominating the minutes. Pierce is a much better player than the minutes he has been given. He also seems to have no idea how to get the best out of a legit 5.
He needs to hit the lottery with the transfers he brings in or this will be a mess next season. Trending in the wrong direction.
