With regard to the Colorado Supreme Court, why did they issue a ruling that was stayed pending future action(s) by other bodies. Nevertheless, if the United States Supreme Court elects not to take up the matter; then the ruling of the Colorado Supreme court will stand. If the United States Supreme Court takes up the matter and affirms the ruling of the Colorado Supreme Court, then so be it and the ruling will stand!
