high output leads me to believe she isn't going to give a long leash in this situation. Her wisdom in knowing it may take longer than 4 years to re-build a program leads me to believe he may get some time given the extension last year... unless that was all a Curator pushed decision.

Regardless, it was clear he was FORCED to hire an OC in the off-season, and he picked a guy with one year experience that was not the mastermind before the offense
