Drinkwitz another 2 years. Pinkel's pivotal year was his 4th year where he went 5-6.

Everybody wanted Pinkel fired in 2004.

Aaron O'neil died in 2005 and Pinkel's team culture changed.

Then you know the rest of how successful the Tigers were under Pinkel
