It is hard to build (or rebuild) a program, especially in a short period of time (x: Nebraska).

Since firing Bo Pelini for winning no less than 9 games a season, they have gone 38-67

Mike Riley was given 3 years. Scott Frost was fired in 4 1/2 seasonsn. Matt Rhule has started 0-2.

I believe if Odom had the right OC (Josh Heupel stuck around, although I hate him) he could have built a program, but he couldn't keep a long-term OC.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
