quarterbacks. I think a lot of fans remember those days and are clamoring for something similar. Right or wrong, Cook is viewed as serviceable, and maybe 'good enough', but not the kind of QB who is going to take the team to the next level. I hope critics are wrong and Cook unleashes something we haven't seen from him before, but until that happens fans are going to look toward the bench and wonder if the next Drew Lock or Blane Gabbert isn't being given a fair opportunity. Personally, I want to trust the coaches on this one and believe if they thought Horn or even Garcia gave the team of better chance to win they would do it.
