Sprint was *part* of the market. The issue looming now is that the market itself has changed in at least the short and intermediate term.

Work from Home is now a thing, and companies are learning that they can hire talent from anywhere and that talent doesn't have to move to the city.

This will ultimately even out somewhat the cost of living disparities in the big cities, but it will also come with another change: businesses will never need as much office space going forward.
