Corporations moving to work from home people get converted to condos and apartments and all the sudden GenZ And Millennials start flocking into them because of the the housing shortage and our downtown metros becoming booming again?

It’d be opposite of white flight.

Saw on national news tonight that KC was highlighted on this concept of it already happening there
