I agree with you, but I also acknowledge that I've been wrong a lot in the past, so I may not be the best authority on the needs of nameless, faceless groups of people, especially when those nameless faceless groups are being assigned/explained by politicians with goals that aren't aligned with mine and ignore the individual needs of the members of those groups.

Long story short, I don't believe the people controlling the message regardless of whether or not I may agree with their goals.

It's complicated, messy, and my brain hurts thinking about it. I do my best to take care of the people important to me and try to be honest/transparent in the choices I make even if I don't think it will be pleasant for them. Too many lie (or don't know) about why they think the way they do, and putting it out there is the only way to reconcile thought/behavior in my brain.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
