tentatively accepted with the caveat that 3rd tier rights would be kept by the schools (ie tejas still believed their network was super valuable). Pac said no to which tejas and therefore OU said no thanks.
Hindsight being 20/20 both were stupid in that instance. tejas network was a paper tiger that really provided nothing except the catalyst for realignment and Pac should have bent over for bevo.
