Phoenix, which is where ASU is. Half the population of Tucson is Hispanic/Mexican, which doesn't care about football anyway. It would be 5th at best among Pac 12 programs behind Oregon, Washington, Stanford, and ASU for the Big-10 to pick from. Perhaps even behind Cal due to the politics involved.
