strip away the "agendas" and have a conversation about that. I don't know. Generally, I'm in favor of a parent knowing as much as possible so that they can help if there are issues. I guess there are situations where parents may pose a threat and then what do you do? Do you run to a court to get a protective order to prevent having to disclose? Do you disclose anyway and the consequences are what they are?
