Caution was the order of the day, appropriately so.
But you are correct, of course. After seeing the results in areas of the country, that, "stayed open" versus parts that closed up… And seeing different results in countries around the world, that, "stayed open" or closed up, the science was obvious.
And the corruption became more obvious as we went along.
