People that mock the non participant, no government at all do so because it is a fantasy world that they can’t defend outside of a theoretical discussion, and when pushed for any type of specifics they told like a cheap tent.

As for the constitution we don’t have the fox guarding the hen house. Rather they have changed the hen house. There are enumerated powers that are in scope of the federal government. That is their house. Nothing more.

If we were to enforce that concept things would change
