Of every coaches recruiting philosophy going forward. It’s incorrect to assume that his recruiting is only transfers or that we really know his template at this point.

I look at Mike Anderson as an example. He’s now been a HC at a mid major and 3 high major schools. His recruiting philosophy was different at each of those jobs.
