doesn't have a parasitic relationship with his neighbor. So drawing the line at his nose makes perfect sense and is a very clear and easily identifiable line.

Due to the nature of the parasitic relationship between a mother and fetus, that line is non-existent or at best, blurred. So at some point, it would seem a mother is no longer in control of her body.
