be detrimental to the program? So keep them and hope? No, you have to make a good hire. You don't hire Barry Odom and Eli Drinkwitz, unless you're Stephen F. Austin or a program of that ilk. No, what fans like you, who are frustrated, do is to tell others to "shut up, give him time with his recruits, and support the program," which I really don't even know what that means. And and the end of it, he's gone and if you're still a fan, you get excited about the search and when he's hired, we're all hopeful. Then, it either works out or not. And if it doesn't, the cycle starts over again. The bottom line is that people have an extremely difficult time with reality in everything. And in this case, we have a woefully unprepared, yet arrogant coach, who struggles with his staff, and clearly isn't a good HC and program developer. He can sell, but bullshytters usually do that ver well.
