by the administration. Don't know how old you are, but MUCH different era. Pinkel was not getting fired if we lost the Iowa State game. But he was an experienced coach with a solid staff and the ability to retain good coaches.

You can't make any argument post-Pinkel because we hired the former Rock Bridge HS coach and a guy who won with a very good Satterfield-built roster. So no, no need to support his efforts because after 3 to 4 wins, he'll be gone.
