And people have been people for as long as there's been people.
Introducing a system to things removes you from being a people, IMO, and requires compromise.
The least compromise, again, IMO, is that the point at which it becomes ****ed up is when there's evidence that there's a person inside the other person.
We can create some system, timeline, whatever, but if we take it to first principles, that's when the baby starts kicking and moving around.
That's when I think it should be illegal.
Back in the day it was called the quickening, but even that was a system.
Everyone knows when it's ****ed up to kill and unborn kid, it's when the mother knows there's a child inside of her.
Everything beyond that is just about making it okay to do something wrong. Much like capital punishment.
Not to roll out the old clichés, but safe, legal, and rare.
