the Duke's and the UNC's are going down with the same ship.

The NCAA has floated this thing for what near 5 years? During this time KU's managed a National Title, two Final 4's and a consensus #1 finish. The only thing that appears the NCAA is waiting to shut the investigation down for is two back to back losing seasons to prove they've suffered.

It might be just that stupid. The NCAA clearly doesn't have daming evidence and/or KU has the goods on Duke or they would have done something by now.
