there is this thing called "dual use "
aND THERE are hundreds of thousands of acres available.
maybe millions

-things like roofs are great for solar
-there are many thousands of acres of parking lots where
cars roast in the sun. an elevated structure for the panel that provide shade would serve great
-likewise there are many plACES that can use shade and a stucture would be excellent (bus stops etc)
-judicious use of solar works great with agriculture
(livestock needs shade and MANY vegetable crops
do better with some shade AND studies have shown that
solar panels work better with foliage underneath it as opposed to sand or bare desert.

Conservation which derives from the same root as conservative is all about the win win, Trumplicans of course think only in terms of pollution and inefficiency
