breaker for me, in spite of his previous experience. Just too much of a risk. It's my first hire, and I'm going to take a chance on a young coach who has a losing record at his only head coaching stop? No thanks.

And who cares if his team's kenpom rose 30 spots (what, from 150 to 120?)...they were 14-16.
