if short, resume. The fact that he has connections makes him more likely to stay than some other random coach. That should not be the reason he is hired but it should be a factor.

If we have the possibility of landing a good coach who will be here for decades that should figure into the decision.

No I don't want another Kim Anderson, but I would be thrilled to land another Norm Stewart.
