funded govt doing the bidding for select companies regardless of the physical area where such bidding is done.
Also, you act like domestic US companies don't purchase goods or services from foreign companies. Should the domestic US companies be thankful that their available options for inputs are skewed because of their govt is aggressively seeking foreign wins for some select companies?
