In grown up terms. When dealing with international issues our government should work to bring about the greatest advantage for Americans. When we can convince other nations participating in a global market to take actions that give our citizens great pricing, while also allowing our companies in that market to continue being a global leader, that is a job well done. That does not always mean the lowest possible price as that alone is not always of the greatest benefit. But when you can indeed balance both of those things for Americans, and our businesses, that is a job very well done.
Or you can look at it the meaty way.
