You go back to the corporate boys and say look, you aren't using the seats you're paying for. So here's the offer: at the same level you're paying give us the list of games you'll have butts in the seats for (weather conditions factoring in). The games you don't care about we'll Give the tickets to students that actually show an interest.

We've really appreciated your past support but we need to fill THOSE seats so take it or leave it (said nicely).

If y'all say this is stupid and will cause loss of corporate seat buying my answer is... AND?? As in so what?
