In this case a professor at CUNY who teaches a class on libertarianism was asserting that sex with minors should not be something that society should prevent.
It has been my assertion, given the popular writings of one of the most prominent libertarians that choosing whether they would like to have sex and with whom falls under the rights of self-ownership even for children.
Do you disagree with my assertion?
Do you think that Rothbard's views are in opposition with libertarian principles? If so, could you please expound upon that?
Or do you believe that Rothbard's views are consistent with libertarianism in that regard but libertarian principles would also allow a very different interpretation such that parents would have a right to keep their children at home against their will and that they have a right to tell them what they can and cannot do. If so, please expound upon this for us.
