trying to curtail the spread of misinformation. Martin doesn't have those types of issues because he isn't as sloppy or in over his head and is running an actual D1 program, whereas Kim didn't have the means or competence to run a program of that nature. We are in agreement that Kim ran a very sloppy program ripe with off the court issues and players of questionable character and lack of control.

The violations you cite occurred under Kim. His program was not impacted by the resulting penalties. Cuonzo Martin was hired at a time MU was on probation due to the violations that occurred during Kim's tenure. Those issues ceased when Cuonzo was hired. Those are just basic facts.
